PayPal checkout added in December 2025
Capydocs added PayPal to its web checkout on December 19, 2025. This article records that historical purchase flow. The web checkout no longer accepts new purchases; current Capydocs products are sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Microsoft Store.
What changed in 2025
The account checkout originally offered two payment routes. Stripe processed card payments, while PayPal let buyers approve the purchase with a PayPal account. Both routes delivered the selected product to the Capydocs account used during checkout.
The product page displayed the two actions together:

The payment provider handled its own credentials and confirmation screen. Capydocs received the completed purchase result and used it to update the account's product access.
How purchases work now
Capydocs later retired card, PayPal, subscription, gift, and voucher purchases from the account website. The site still supports existing purchase history, license delivery, and cancellation of active legacy subscriptions, but it cannot sell or enable a new product.
Lite and Full are now separate desktop products. Android and iOS use the paid Full mobile product. Each store manages payment, ownership, and updates for its own platform. The current listings are available from the Capydocs store selector.
