On November 24, 2025, capydocs.com moved from a basic product page to a structured website with product information and a public blog. The change gave Capydocs one place for feature descriptions, release notes, help, and installation routes.

A clearer product page

The redesigned home page explained Capydocs as a local-first Markdown editor with an integrated file manager. It grouped the main workflows into feature sections and made documentation, pricing, and installation easier to find.

The site has continued to change since that first redesign. It now distinguishes the Lite and Full desktop products, lists the paid Android and iOS products, and sends every install action to the official platform store. It does not distribute desktop installers directly.

Blog and release history

The blog added a durable place for release articles, store announcements, and technical changes. The separate changelog keeps the concise version history, while longer posts explain how a group of changes affects normal work.

The website is built with Eleventy from Markdown, Nunjucks templates, structured feature records, and static assets. A production build creates the pages, feed, sitemap, redirects, and headers used by the deployed site.
